ITEM LOCATION

Most of our items are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Some items are shipped from the vendors at different locations.

  

SHIPPING TIME

Orders will be processed within 7-14 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Your parcel will be ready for pick up by a courier and a tracking number will be sent to your email in the order form.

 

SHIPPING FEE

Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it’s getting there. You can check out our delivery options at the checkout page after enter shipping address.

 

FREE SHIPPING

We provide Free shipping service for Hong Kong when over HK$500

 

COURIER

You can select the courier service at the check out page after enter shipping address. Available service depending on your shipping address:

 

Worldwide: UPS / FedEX / SF Express

Hong Kong SAR: SF Express / UPS / FedEX

 

 

ADDRESS AMENDMENT

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
